I had a comfortable stay here and appreciated the clean room. The view from the higher floors was nice, especially in the morning. There were conveniences nearby, like a Lawson store. Staff were polite and helped whenever needed. I particularly enjoyed the large bathtub in my room.
The location felt a bit quiet with fewer dining options around. The subway station was a short walk, but it was somewhat challenging in the snow.

The location is convenient, right next to a Lawson store and just a short walk to the subway station. I had a great view from my room on a high floor, especially in the morning. The staff were polite and helpful, making my stay pleasant. The large bathtub was a nice touch, offering comfort after a day of exploring. However, the dining options were quite limited, and the quality of the food at the buffet restaurant left much to be desired. Breakfast lacked variety and flavor, which was disappointing. The air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, and the room felt stuffy at times. Also, the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. I noticed some grime that should have been addressed. Overall, while I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, the dining experience and a few cleanliness issues need improvement for a better overall impression.

I stayed for three nights and found the room to be quite comfortable, especially enjoying the view of the city from our twin room. The location was good, with a shop nearby, and we appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help out. However, access to the onsen was a bit challenging at times, and it could’ve been more conveniently located. The breakfast offered a variety of food choices and serving in the lounge was a nice touch, though it could have used a bit more variety day-to-day.

Comfortable Stay with Great Access to the City
We enjoyed our 3-night stay in a spacious twin room with a stunning view of Mount Moiwa. The onsen experience provided relaxation after exploring. Make sure to get a smartphone for easy local calls. The shuttle service to the station was a lifesaver for quick outings.

Great for families but a bit pricey
The staff were super friendly and the check-in was smooth, they even helped us carry our bags to our room. And the view from our room was very nice, you just have to see it to believe it!
It wasn’t exactly cheap though, still managed to be acceptable.

I stayed here for one night and loved how my luggage was taken to my room while I checked in. The onsen and the bar with a great view were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The only downside was the early check-in fee, but overall, it didn't spoil my experience! 😊

Unexpected shuttle service delight
Our stay was enhanced by the excellent external bus service to key destinations, making winter travel much easier. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family.
Unfortunately, there was only one microwave available for guests on the 3rd floor, which was quite inconvenient for families staying on different levels.
